I really like Joy's music. The minute the sample came on I was humming along and tapping my foot. What great lyrics and catchy melody. This is such a great album. If you haven't already gone out and got it then you need to do so now! GO! I mean it!! GOOOOOOO!!

Joy Ike has been compared to the likes of Corinne Bailey Rae, Norah Jones, and Regina Spektor. Her honest, bittersweet songwriting has earned her the opportunity to open for national touring acts, including Deas Vail, Butterfly Boucher, Tyrone Wells, Najee, Chrisette Michelle, and Jeffrey Gaines.
Ike's music has appeared on Relevant Magazine's The Drop, and various NPR affiliates in the northeast.
